Qingdao Chong Jen Machinery Co., Ltd
Overhead conveyor shot blasting machines with hooks is ideal for heavy and complex shaped workpieces like: casts, welded constructions, forged and pressed parts, remodeled cold or hot and of various complicated forms, steel bottle, springs, etc. Single hook load capacity can be from 30kg to 300 kg. Hook quantity and conveyor speed is calculated based on the productivity requirement.
Work pieces are placed in work piece holders or are suspended directly from the running gear’s rotating hook.
Work pieces within the blast machine are rotating and moving in a way that makes it possible for very effectively cleaning.
To connect with following process like coating and drying, a continuous feed spinner hanger blasting machine with monorail conveyor will be needed.
A monorail drives the large or heavy parts into and out of the blasting cabinet. Work pieces are loaded outside the blast cabinet on hooks or hanging tools and moved into the blasting chamber. After blasting finished, the hooks move out and workpieces are removed from the hooks to be unloaded. Monorail systems allow multiple work hooks for loading/unloading while another is being blasted, providing high productivity and continuous blasting process.
If a standard model does not meet your surface preparation requirement, we will develop a tailor-made blast machine design for you.
The overhead conveyor shot blasting machine is compact design and it can be designed with pit or without pit.
Fully tailor made blasting machine according to workpiece shape and productivity requirement.
Monorail hanger type blasting is the best blast cleaning method for many workpieces bulk processing that can't be tumbled.
Touch screen operator interface and integrated PLC optional;
The blasting chamber is protected by wear-resistant manganese steel liner.
A zigzag nylon brush and polyurethane strop sealing device on top of the chamber ensures no emission of abrasive and dust flying out from the blasting chamber.
Simultaneous spin and oscillation of work hooks in the blast stream provide infinite angles of attack for complete part coverage.
